What is Employee Ownership?

In 2022, I worked with the University of Michigan Economic Growth Institute to produce a series of visual icons and GIFs for a new online course. The course was designed for soon-to-retire business owners, raising awareness of the benefits of Employee Ownership, and the process required to transition into this model. 

Much of the materials for these courses were dense, economics topics. My hope was to contrast this with fun, engaging graphics that sustained a throughline visual metaphor throughout the course modules: "Owners Drive Business Decisions" and "Employee Ownership is an opportunity to give everyone a say in where we drive."
